Across roles at Google, as a leader on political campaigns, and as a Chief Revenue Officer, I have managed high performing teams, built culture that scales, and instilled the operational rigor needed to grow businesses.

My vision is to operate a single business for the long term. I founded Snipe Island Capital to provide an owner seeking to transition their business with experienced operational management, an entrepreneurial mindset, world class investment partners, and a long-term growth philosophy.
